Paul Merrifield has traveled and worked in 55 countries on 6 continents in the hospitality, retail, and industrial sectors. In the course of his travels Paul has grown a global network of friends and business associates. He has developed business in war torn countries where armed convoys were the standard mode of transport. He has experienced the extremes of five-star life in Dubai and the squalor and poverty of Africa. After several attempts to interview Paul we finally connected with him on his way through Toronto, at Christmas (2008).
