As autumn settles into the mountains, the forest invites us to slow down, notice the changing season, and reconnect with the natural world.
Join me for a complimentary guided Forest Therapy walk through the beautiful creekside trails at Trillium in Cashiers.
Together, we'll wander at the pace of the forest, pausing along the way for gentle invitations that awaken the senses, encourage curiosity, and create space to experience the forest in your own way.
There is no destination to reach, nothing to accomplish, and no expectation to do anything a certain way. Simply come as you are and allow yourself a little time to be present with the changing season.
