Services Offered

Maven’s Forge provides nature-based experiences, including nature and forest therapy walks and related offerings.

These experiences are educational and experiential in nature and are intended to support well-being through connection with the natural environment. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment, and do not replace professional healthcare, mental health services, or medical advice.

Participation is always voluntary.

 

Eligibility

By using this website or participating in services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.

 

Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are made through this website using Wix and its integrated tools
   

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
   

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
   

• Maven’s Forge does not store credit or debit card information
   

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the timeframe stated at booking.

• Cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable
   

• In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, Maven’s Forge reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an experience
   

If Maven’s Forge cancels a session, participants will be offered a reschedule or refund.

 

Participant Responsibility

Participants acknowledge that nature-based experiences involve inherent risks, including uneven terrain, weather conditions, insects, and other natural elements.

By booking or participating, you agree to:

• Listen to and follow invitations and safety guidance offered during experiences
   

• Move at your own pace and honor your personal limits
   

• Inform Maven’s Forge of any relevant concerns prior to participation
   

Participation is always by personal choice and responsibility.

 

Assumption of Risk

By participating in services offered by Maven’s Forge, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with outdoor, nature-based activities.

Participants agree that Maven’s Forge is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during or after participation, except where prohibited by law.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maven’s Forge, its owner, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and written materials, is the property of Maven’s Forge and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
