About Me

Formerly a hairstylist in the film and television industry, I am now embracing a path that calls me back to my roots—literally. After years spent in the world of lights and cameras, I discovered my true calling in the quiet embrace of nature. Guided by a belief in the healing power of the natural world, I am transitioning to become a certified Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT).
Growing up, I found solace and strength in wild spaces, drawing inspiration from the likes of Tolkien and the stories that kindled my imagination. Today, I am committed to joining a movement of land stewardship and forest bathing, reconnecting people to the magic, science, and rejuvenating spirit of nature. Through Maven's Forge, I combine my passion for nature, self-discovery, and fantasy to inspire others to walk their own paths toward healing and growth.

My Philosophy

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that nature is not just a backdrop to our lives but an integral part of who we are. I see the natural world as both teacher and healer, inviting us to slow down, reconnect with our senses, and rediscover the wisdom within ourselves. This belief stems from my own journey—navigating a childhood marked by challenges, finding solace in the woods, and drawing strength from the wild. I am guided by the understanding that the forest holds a quiet magic, a sentient presence that speaks to those who listen. This is the essence of what I hope to share through my work as a Forest Therapy Guide and Maven’s Forge.

At the heart of my philosophy is a commitment to land stewardship and a deep respect for the sentience of all living things. I believe that true healing happens when we step out of the rush of modern life and immerse ourselves in the rhythms of the earth. Whether through mindful walking, ritual, or simply breathing in the forest’s embrace, I aim to inspire others to tap into this connection. Nature's gifts are abundant, offering resilience, renewal, and a chance to weave new stories—ones where we are not conquerors of the land but companions to it, nurturing a balance that allows both people and the planet to thrive.
